in 2019, when our family friends, Mike, and Ruth, introduced us to Airbnb hosting, my husband and I were excited to begin our journey. We started by listing our walkout basement, and everything was running smoothly. However, as the holiday season approached and we planned to travel, we encountered an unexpected challenge: who would ensure our home was professionally cleaned and prepared for guests after check-outs while we were away?

We diligently searched for a dependable company or individual who could maintain our home to the exact standards our guests had come to expect. Our goal was to find someone we could trust implicitly—someone who not only respected our property but would also provide our guests with an exceptional experience. Despite our best efforts, we could not find a service that met our expectations.

This led us to temporarily pause our Airbnb listing during our travels. Upon returning, we noticed a slight dip in bookings, but fortunately, our momentum picked up again. By August 2020, we expanded from hosting in our basement to a four-bedroom bungalow, and by July 2021, we added a second home to our portfolio.

As we grew, the same challenge persisted: finding a dependable, affordable partner to help us always maintain the guest-ready quality of our homes. This experience opened our eyes to a broader need—not just for vacation rental cleaning but for cleaning services like move-in/move-out cleans and regular residential cleaning for homeowners who value both trust and quality.
